Three Ferocious Engines
The Chevy Silverado 1500 fleet benefits from three ferocious engines. Two of them are V8s. The first is the 355-horsepower 5.3-liter Ecotec V8. The second is the 420-horsepower 6.2-liter Ecotec V8. There's also a diesel option, the Duramax 3.0-liter Turbo-Diesel engine.
