If the appointment was at a certain time, shouldn't the vehicle have been attended too instead of sitting in the receiving area for 50 minutes. Appointment was at 9 am and we arrived there at 8:45.

To whom it may concern. Preston performs a good service and knows his job very well. To repair the tire, change the batteries in the key fob, and program the vehicle, I would have to leave the car until the next day, and the prices were too high, in my opinion—$200.00 to do the job mentioned.
